Everyone has their issues. Doesn’t matter race, ethnicity, age, spirituality, language, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic status, geographic region, and more. . .someone has stomped you into the ground, made you feel worthless, or otherwise stole your sunshine. 

Choose better.

Even the Namaste of the enlightened, I’m sure, have days where they want to give a finger over the other cheek. The rest of us have to settle for more often than not having the courage to choose the right action. 

Not every page is going to be for you. Like most growth mindset studies—take what resonates and leave what doesn’t.
